Meissen Porcelain Gotzkowsky Dinner Plate Circa 1745
Quite Rare Dinner Plate from around 1745, with a Moulded pattern known as 'Gotzkowsky' it was the name of Johann Ernst Gotzkowsky an Entreprenuer that had Various Bussiness's and was also a Banker in Berlin in the Mid 1700's. He was one of the first Businessmen to commission a Table Service from the Meissen Factory. Even though the Pattern was Modelled much eariler the Moulded Pattern gets it's name from Johann Ernst Gotzkowsky.
