A 19th Century Meissen Empire style Inkstand, well and cover, the ovoid body with entire floral bocage applied with three yellow birds perched on rose trees in high relief, the tripod Egyptian Pharaoh monopodia supporting circular base decorated with floral sprigs, the cover with pineapple finial, blue crossed swords mark to base with two red circles,  Provenance: The Old Vicarage, Breedon-on-the-Hill, Derbyshire
