A Rare Example of a Red Dragon Pattern Plate made for Royal Court Confectionery. Painted with a Pair of Red Dragons on the Rim and the Center has a Pair of Ho Ho Birds all within a Gilt Rim. Has the Meissen Cross Swords Drehers Marks and K.H.C to the Base....
