Chelsea Porcelain Sunflower Dish, circa 1755
A rare Sunflower dish from the Chelsea Factory With crisply moulded petals picked out in pale yellow, the handles formed by a thick stem secured by ribbons painted with puce florets and a band of black dots, a leafy branch to one side bearing three smaller flowers picked out in puce, purple and orange, has the Red Anchor mark to the base.
