A Hugely Popular Pattern and produced by many Factories " The Two Quail Pattern"....A Very Rare Cup from the William Littler Factory in West Pans, Scotland. William Littler was the Factory Manager for Longton Hall until Heading North and Opening a Porcelain Factory at West Pans (Near Musselburgh), Scotland. The Factory was only open for a short Period 1764-1777 He then returned to Staffordshire to Work at a Factory in Shelton until His Death in 1784.
