Painted in the Herold style, with four panels, each of two chinoiserie figures with gilt ribs between, the interior with a similar scene in puce, the saucer with similar decoration, with blue crossed swords and gilt mark, 12.8cm diameter Provenance: Bt. Christie's New York, 23rd April 1998, part lot 51.
