A Perfect Puce Painted Tea Bowl & Saucer, with Varying Scenes one of a Romantic Couple the other of a Gent Playing an Instrument Whilst his Dog sits next to him. The Saucer has some Lovely Painted Woodcut Flowers to the Underside. You often wonder why they done this as nobody really sees it but this is typical of Meissen Quality. Dating from 1750 both Tea Bowl & Saucer are in really good Condition, the Gilding on both pieces is still nice and fresh. Both have The Meissen first Class Cross Swords, Gilt B, There is either a 1 or i impressed on the inner rim of the Tea Bowl.
Condition: Perfect.
Size: Tea Bowl, 7 1/2cm wide x 4 1/2cm high. Saucer 12 1/2cm wide.
