A Meissen Tea Cup & Saucer with Painted Large Flowers and what is Described as Klinger Bugs (this Shadow Affect on the Bugs) was First Painted by an Artist Johann Gottfried Klinger who worked for Meissen from 1726-1746... Both cup and Saucer have the Meissen Cross Swords and Drehers marks to the Inner rims.
