A Very Rare Meissen Cabbage Leaf Tea Caddy Dating from the Early 1700's.

Covered in Moulded Cabbage Leaves and Original Lid. Has the Meissen Cross Swords and Impressed K near the Base Rim

The Base Stand and Collar are Made of Precious Metal (Hallmarked) See photos.

Very Rare, I've never seen one like this apart from a rose leaf pattern that is coming up for sale at Schloss Ahlden 06/08/24, lot 2726 with a Starting price of 6,500 Euros!


Size: 15cm (on stand to top of Finial).


Condition: Rose finial may have been restuck at some point
